Overall it is a nice hotel with good amenities. However the biggest problem was with the heat/AC in the room. No matter what you did, the system would revert back to a specific temperature. Even if you turned it off, it would come back on in 20min. I was forced to open the windows to cool off but was still not able to sleep. Any hotel in which you cant get a good night sleep is useless. I should have continued home instead of spending the night. What a waste of Marriott points and $.

Comfortable and spacious room. Nice kitchen, though didnt use. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Hallways had a funky odor. Also, the elevator was not functioning (not great if you’re on the 4th floor). That maintenance issue needs to be communicated to folks with reservations in advance of arrival (which it wasn’t). No housekeeping service was provided, also not communicated in advance.

Staff were very helpful. My granddaughter and I had a lot of fun in the pool! I do have a couple of suggestions. The railings by the stairs entering and exiting the pool were not stable. I would highly recommend that they be tightened down. The pool floor needs to have the depressions filled in. They did make and probably still do make a product you can use under water to help even out the surface where people walk in the pool.

This review is NOT about the rooms. I have never stayed at the hotel, however my child has swim lessons there. Staff is always friendly and the lobby always seems to be clean. The pool area and pool are gross. Huge hair clumps floating, hazy water , pot holes on the bottom, band aids and loose pebbles from the floor everywhere. Honestly, its the disgusting hairballs that really sent me over the edge🤢

We had our wedding not too far so we picked this hotel for our wedding party and guests! We had a lot of rooms. It was perfect! The rooms were great. The outdoor space with fire pit was perfect for everyone to hang out. Younger people enjoyed playing basketball. The bridal party got ready in their meeting room off of the lobby which was a great space. The staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of choices.

We had a great 3-night stay at the Residence Inn while skiing. Lexi was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure our time there was great.

If you are staying 4+ days, expect 3 pre-authorizations in your Credit Card, one at the time to checking in, later, in the middle of the week, they will made a check out/in(second pre) and the last day you are staying, the third pre will hit, I asked why this practice and his answer was that after a certain amount, bla,bla,bla, I'm Platinum with Marriot and I stayed in very upscale hotels and I never seen that behavior. Very noisy rooms, in one side, there is a highway and the other, i a very small road but a neighbor parks his 18 wheeler every night right there, around 4-5AM, he starts the truck's engine and inspect and ratchet the load using a very long ratchet and a large tube, it will wake up a hibernating bear by sure.

I am very happy with the customer service, we had a problem with our reservation, We were going to a wedding and Connor in the main desk and the Manager Harrison solved it, They made our day. Highly Recommended .
